A family recipe book from Karachi
In 2008, a family from Karachi, Pakistan brought the food they grew up on to Atlanta. It started with a handful of signature dishes and quickly became a community favorite.
We still cook the same way. Chicken marinates all day, kababs marinate overnight, and nothing is fried until you order it. Next to the Pakistani classics you'll find burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and Mediterranean platters, all made with halal meat.
