Terms & Conditions
The rules for ordering from us, our daily deals, catering and this website.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, order from Karachi Broast & Grill online, by phone or in store, or book catering with us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Placing an order
- You build your order on this website and pay on a secure payment page run by Clover, our payment provider. Clover's own terms also apply to that payment page.
- Online orders are for pickup only. You can choose the earliest available time or a later time the same day.
- Your order is placed once your payment is approved and you see the order confirmation page. Clover emails your receipt. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is sold out, the order looks fraudulent, or a price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund.
- Please check your order, including any special instructions, before you submit it. We'll do our best to follow special requests but can't guarantee every change.
- Online ordering closes 15 minutes before closing time and may be paused at busy times.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is shown in your order summary and added at checkout. You can add an optional tip on the payment page.
- Menu items, prices and photos on this website can change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Prices on delivery apps may be higher than in store.
- Photos show how dishes are typically served; portions and plating may vary.
- Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Prices are checked again when you pay; if a price changed while you were ordering, the checkout shows the current price. Card payments are processed securely by Clover.
3. Pickup
- Ready times shown at checkout are estimates. Busy periods can add a few minutes.
- Please give the name on your order when you arrive. We may ask you to confirm your name before handing over the order.
- Food is cooked to order and best eaten fresh. Orders not collected by closing time may be thrown away for food safety reasons and will not be refunded.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- To cancel an online order, call us as soon as possible. If we haven't started cooking, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once cooking has started, we may not be able to offer a refund.
- If something is wrong with your order, such as a missing item or the wrong dish, please tell us the same day by calling the restaurant. We'll replace the item, give you store credit or refund the item, at our discretion.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
5. $10 daily deals
- Each daily deal can be ordered, in store or online, only on its listed day, Monday to Friday, during regular opening hours. A deal left in your online cart past its day has to be removed before you can check out.
- Deals can't be combined with other offers, coupons or discounts, and substitutions may change the price.
- Deals are available while supplies last and may not be offered on holidays or through delivery apps.
- We may change or end any deal at any time. Tax is extra.
6. Catering
- Please request catering at least 48 hours ahead. Large orders may need more notice.
- Submitting a request on this website doesn't confirm an order. Your order is confirmed only when we confirm the menu, total, date and pickup time with you, and collect any deposit we ask for.
- Final changes to tray counts must be made at least 24 hours before your event.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your event get a full refund of any deposit. Later cancellations may not be refunded because we buy ingredients and prepare food for your event.
- Hot food should be served within two hours of pickup, or kept hot (above 140°F) or refrigerated. We are not responsible for food that isn't stored or handled safely after it leaves our restaurant.
7. Allergens and dietary needs
Allergy notice: our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts and soy. Shared fryers and equipment mean we can't guarantee any dish is free from allergens. The Thai Burger sauce contains peanuts.
If you or anyone you're ordering for has a food allergy, please tell us before you order and add it to your order notes. Spice levels are a guide and can vary from batch to batch.
8. Halal
All meat we serve is halal. If you'd like details about our suppliers or certification, please ask in store or contact us.
9. Delivery apps
Orders placed through third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats or DoorDash are subject to that company's terms, fees and refund policies. Delivery times and drivers are managed by the delivery company. If there's a problem with the food itself, please let us know as well.
10. Using this website
- Use this website only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, access it without permission or place fake orders.
- The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Karachi Broast & Grill and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
- Links to other websites, such as Clover, Google Maps or delivery apps, are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limits of liability
This website is provided "as is." We work to keep menu information and prices accurate but can't promise the site will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited under Georgia law.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
