Privacy Policy
What customer information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy covers Karachi Broast & Grill, 1255 Grimes Bridge Rd, Suite C, Roswell, GA 30075 ("we," "us"). It applies to this website, our online ordering, catering requests, phone orders and in-store purchases.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: when you check out on our website, your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, the items and options you choose, special instructions, your note for the kitchen and your pickup time.
- Payment information: card details you enter on Clover's secure payment page or tap in store. Your card number goes directly to our payment processor, Clover. It never passes through or is stored on this website, and our staff never see it (see section 3).
- Catering requests: your name, phone, email, event date, number of guests, trays you're interested in, any delivery address and notes you add.
- Allergy and dietary notes: anything you choose to tell us so we can prepare your food safely. We use this only for your order.
- Messages: questions, feedback and reviews you send us by phone, email or text.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. Our web host and embedded services may record this in standard server logs.
- Your cart: while you build an order, the items are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay when you move between pages. Nothing in your cart is sent to us until you check out. Clearing your browser data removes it.
2. How we use your information
- To take, prepare and hand over your order, and to contact you about it (for example, if an item is unavailable or your order is ready).
- To process payments, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
- To quote, plan and confirm catering orders.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints.
- To send offers and news, only if you've opted in (see section 5).
- To understand which dishes and deals are popular so we can improve our menu and service.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law and to comply with other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
3. Online ordering and payments
You build your order and enter your details on our website. When you choose Continue to secure payment, our website sends your name, phone number, email address, order items, pickup time and kitchen note to Clover (a Fiserv company), our payment processor and point-of-sale provider. Clover then shows you its secure payment page, where you enter your card details, and sends us the paid order.
- Card payments are processed by Clover and its payment partners, which are required to follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We can see your name, order and the last four digits of your card, but not your full card number.
- Clover may also use your information as described in its own privacy policy, available at clover.com/privacy-policy (Clover Privacy Notice).
- If you order through a delivery app such as Uber Eats or DoorDash, that company collects your information under its own privacy policy and shares with us only what we need to make your order.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only when needed to run the restaurant:
- Service providers who work for us, such as Clover (payments and point of sale), our website host, which runs the checkout and keeps short-term server logs, and our email and text messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Delivery partners, when you choose to order through them.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, staff or business from fraud or harm.
- A new owner, if the restaurant is sold or transferred, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Texts and emails
- Order messages: if you give us your phone number or email with an order, we may send messages about that order, such as confirmations and "ready for pickup" notices.
- Marketing: we send offers, new-dish announcements or loyalty rewards only if you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about orders you place.
- We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
6. Cookies and website data
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves your cart in your browser's local storage, as described in section 1, and uses a few services from other companies that may set cookies or record your IP address:
- Google Maps, for the embedded map on our home and visit pages (Google Privacy Policy).
- Clover, on its secure payment page, which uses its own cookies and Google reCAPTCHA to prevent card fraud.
If we add website analytics in the future, we'll update this section first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like the map or online checkout, may not work without them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years. Catering requests are kept for up to two years so we can help with repeat orders. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
8. How we protect it
We limit access to customer information to staff who need it to serve you, use secure systems for ordering and payments, and do not keep card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by Georgia law.
9. Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that is wrong,
- ask us to delete your information (we may need to keep some records for legal reasons), or
- stop marketing messages.
We'll respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Information held by Clover or a delivery app can also be managed directly with that company.
10. Children
Our website and online ordering are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we'll post a notice on this website.
